Merdial + Zoom. Nothing to Connect.
Use Merdial on every Zoom meeting today: real-time AI assist, every call scored, nothing to connect.
The short answer
Merdial works with Zoom through its desktop app for Windows and macOS, which hears Zoom's call audio directly. You get real-time AI assist with proven replies during the meeting, and every meeting is scored and turned into a qualified lead or a confirmed outcome afterwards. There is no Zoom account to connect.
What you get
Real-time AI assist in Zoom
When a prospect raises a challenge your team has reviewed, a proven reply appears on screen about a second later.
Every call scored
Each Zoom meeting is scored seconds after it ends, against your own rubric.
Nothing to integrate
The desktop app hears Zoom's audio directly, so it works on day one with no admin approval.
Into your CRM
Scored calls, leads and outcomes sync to HubSpot or Pipedrive when connected.
Set it up
Install the Merdial desktop app for Windows 10+ or macOS 14.2+.
Sign in and pick the account you are calling for.
Make the call in Zoom as usual. Press Alt+M, or let the call watcher start listening when Zoom goes active.
After the call, it is scored and its lead form or outcome is filled in your Merdial workspace.
Try it free on one seat, no card.
Start FreeQuestions people ask
Do I need to connect my Zoom account?
No. The desktop app hears Zoom's call audio on your computer (per process on Windows, through a Core Audio tap on macOS), so there is nothing to authorise.
Are both sides of the call captured?
Yes. The desktop app captures your microphone and the other side separately, so each line is attributed to the right speaker.
Does it work on a phone?
Live capture runs on Windows and macOS. Calls made on a mobile phone can be uploaded and scored afterwards.
