Merdial + HubSpot. Synced Both Ways.

Approved leads, meetings, outcomes and scored calls flow into HubSpot, and HubSpot deal changes flow back.

The short answer

Merdial’s HubSpot integration is a two-way sync. Approved leads become HubSpot contacts and deals with every lead-form field; meetings and won or lost outcomes update the deal; scored calls are logged as Calls with their score and summary. Every five minutes Merdial reads deal changes back, and a call started or ended in HubSpot can start and stop the desktop app.

What syncs

  • Leads become contacts and deals

Every lead-form field is written; fields HubSpot does not have are created as merdial_* properties.

  • Calls logged with their score

Scored calls appear in HubSpot as Calls with the score and a summary.

  • Outcomes move the deal

Won or lost in Merdial moves the deal; a deal won or lost in HubSpot proposes the meeting outcome back.

  • Calling from HubSpot

A call started in HubSpot starts the desktop app listening and names the contact.

Set it up

  • In Merdial, an owner opens Settings → Connectors and chooses HubSpot.

  • Sign in to HubSpot and approve the requested access.
