Merdial + Pipedrive. Synced Both Ways.

Approved leads become Pipedrive people, organizations and deals; meetings, outcomes and scored calls follow.

The short answer

Merdial’s Pipedrive integration writes each approved lead as a person, an organization and a deal (with Merdial fields added as custom fields), logs meetings as activities, moves deals on won or lost, and records scored calls as done call activities. It reads changes back from Pipedrive every five minutes.

What syncs

  • Leads to people, organizations and deals

Lead-form fields are written as custom fields labelled “(Merdial)”.

  • Meetings as activities

Booked meetings appear as Pipedrive activities.

  • Outcomes move the deal

Won or lost in Merdial updates the deal in Pipedrive.

  • Calls logged

Scored calls are recorded as done call activities.
