Merdial is an AI revenue-operations platform for sales-development teams — call centres, SDR floors and lead-generation agencies. It scores every call your agents make instead of a sample, coaches them while they are still on the line, qualifies leads against the bar each client actually set, and delivers only the appointments that clear it.
The loop
agent makes a call
→ audio is captured and transcribed live
→ the AI scores it, detects the outcome, qualifies the lead
→ weak or flagged calls surface to a QA review queue
→ approved leads and appointments publish to the client portal
→ the system learns from every human/AI disagreementThe last line is the one that compounds. Every time a manager overturns a score or edits a qualification, that disagreement is recorded, and the criteria sharpen — inside your own account, never across customers.
What is in the product today
Merdial is built around Sales Development: human agents on the phone, with the whole QA, coaching, qualification and delivery stack around them. That is the product this documentation and the agreements describe, and it is what a subscription buys.
| Surface | What it does |
|---|---|
| Live coaching | The rebuttal on screen mid-sentence, drawn from the calls that actually closed. |
| Automatic QA | Every call scored against your rubric about four seconds after hang-up — not a sample, not next week. |
| Lead qualification | Each lead checked against the bar the client actually set, before the client ever sees it. |
| Review queue | Weak or flagged work reaches a human, who approves, edits or rejects it. |
| Client portal | Your client sees approved, verified appointments on your brand — and nothing else. |
| Floor operations | Live call monitoring, coaching plans, calibration reporting, attendance, shifts and payroll. |
Autonomous AI voice agents are not part of this
Merdial has AI agents that answer or place calls themselves in development. They are not shipped, not sold and not covered by these documents, and no customer data flows through them. When they ship, the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the sub-processor list will be updated before the first customer call — not after.Who it is for
- Outbound call centres and BPOs — 100% QA coverage instead of a sampled fraction, days later.
- Lead-gen agencies running several clients — a per-client qualification bar enforced automatically, and a portal where the client only ever sees verified work.
- In-house SDR teams — new hires ramping against live coaching instead of against a recording of a call they lost last week.
