Score 100% of calls, not a sample
Every call is transcribed, redacted and graded against the rubric you wrote for that account — about four seconds after the rep hangs up. Your QA stops being a 2% sample read three days late.

AI call scoring grades a sales call against a set of weighted criteria automatically. In Merdial the criteria belong to the account you are calling for, every call is scored rather than a sample, and each score comes with its reasoning and a qualified or unqualified verdict that a person checks.

Judged against your standard
- Write the weighted criteria once per account — discovery, qualification, next step, whatever your bar is
- Two accounts in one workspace can be graded completely differently
- Card numbers and personal identifiers are stripped before any generative model reads the transcript

A lead, not a dashboard
- Each call gets a qualified, unqualified or duplicate verdict against your ideal customer profile
- The lead form is filled in from the transcript
- It lands in the Review Queue, and a person approves it — the AI never approves a lead by itself
- Disagreements between the reviewer and the AI are what the system learns from
QA that keeps up with the floor
- Coverage100%
Every call graded, instead of the 2% a QA analyst has time to listen to.
- Speed~4 s
Scored about four seconds after hang-up — not three days later, when the rep has forgotten the call.
- PrivacyRedacted
Card numbers and identifiers are removed before any generative model sees the transcript.
- OutputA lead
The call ends in a filled-in lead form and a verdict a person approves, not a chart to interpret.
Straight answers
How long after a call is it scored?
About four seconds after the rep hangs up. The call is transcribed, card numbers and identifiers are redacted, and the scoring pass runs against that account’s rubric.
Can each client or campaign have its own scorecard?
Yes. The rubric, ideal customer profile and lead form belong to the account. Free includes 1 account, Solo 2, Team 4 and Custom unlimited.
Does the AI approve leads by itself?
No. It scores the call, fills in the lead form from the conversation and puts it in a queue. A person approves it, and disagreements between that person and the AI are what the system learns from.
Is call scoring on the free plan?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, scores every call. Free includes 10 hours of talk time a month.
What happens to card numbers said out loud on a call?
They are stripped, along with other personal identifiers, before the transcript reaches any generative model. That redaction is not optional and cannot be turned off to simplify a prompt.
