Qualify leads from the call itself
Tell Merdial what you sell, who you sell to and what a good customer looks like. Every call is checked against that profile, the lead form fills itself in from the conversation, and a person approves what reaches the pipeline.

Describe it once. Every call is judged against it.
AI lead qualification from calls means the decision “is this a real lead?” is made from what was actually said, against criteria you wrote — not from a rep’s memory at the end of a long day. Merdial proposes the verdict and the filled-in lead form; your reviewer makes the call.

A person approves it
- The lead form arrives filled in from the transcript
- Qualified, unqualified and duplicate verdicts come with the reason
- One click publishes an approved lead — on Custom, straight to your client’s own portal
Built for more than one definition of qualified
- AgenciesPer client
Every client account has its own bar, lead form and rubric, and each call is judged against the right one.
- RepsNo forms
The lead form is filled in from the conversation instead of typed up after the call.
- ManagersEvery call
Every call is checked against the profile — not only the ones a rep decided to flag.
- ClientsApproved only
What reaches a client has met their standard and been approved by a person.
Straight answers
Can different clients have different qualification criteria?
Yes. Each account holds its own ideal customer profile, weighted metrics, lead form and review rule, so two accounts in one workspace are qualified completely differently.
What does the AI fill in?
The lead form you define for that account, from what was said on the call, plus a qualified, unqualified or duplicate verdict with the reason. A person reviews it before it is published.
Does the AI approve leads by itself?
No. It scores the call, fills in the lead form from the conversation and puts it in a queue. A person approves it, and disagreements between that person and the AI are what the system learns from.
